I recently enrolled my daughter (4 years) to this mandarin class as we want our child to be able to speak mandarin fluently one day. My husband and I came from ...non-mandarin speaking family so it is difficulty for us to teach our kids to learn such language. We like the teaching concept as we understand mandarin is not easy to learn. We do believe this is a good method to make kids interested in learning mandarin. My daughter has started to speak few words she learnt from the class. More importantly, she like it very much and she is eager to learn. Another thing I like from this mandarin class is the kids also learn to be disciplined. The teacher always encourage kids to listen carefully to the instructions and to always show positive and good attitude during the class, which is such an important thing in their early age. Thank you to everyone who came to the open house yesterday! The children had lots of fun joining the Mandarin class and Sing N' Learn class, participating in a water density Science Experiment, and making their own silly putty! We would also like to thank you for your donations to Richmond Youth Services.

Page played saxophone and studied music composition in his youth. "In music you're very cognizant of time," said Page, and because of this he predicted the importance of time for Google's search engine. "If you're a percussionist, you hit something, it's got to happen in milliseconds...I feel like music training lead to the high-speed legacy... of Google for me.'' said Page. According to New York Times, Larry page is among many of the business leaders, technology gurus, political figures and creative genius's that attribute their success, at least in part, to their early musical training.
