Greet and interact with customers and visitors to the Company in a professional and friendly manner; Answer general phone inquiries, relay calls to the appropriate person, and return phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner; Respond to all customer inquiries (e.g. pricing, hours, appropriate attire, directions, parties, fundraising opportunities, events, policies, general company information, etc.); enforcing our safety policies working the front desk POS system help maintain a clean safe environment Qualifications and Skills -Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal); -Strong problem solving skills; -Accountable and dependable; -Able to work in a team environment as well as independently; -Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills; -Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic; Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks. -First Aid required
