We have officially closed on our most recent flip in Oakville. We have already completed 25% of the renovation before closing. We were able to negotiate to start renovation prior to closing so we can put it back on the market right before spring. This will be a very sweet flip! All custom and high end finishes. We are projected to complete end of March. Another win for the team and our capital partners! Excited for the end result!

Hello Everyone! Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays. We are almost at the end of 2020. As a kid I was always wanted to be a content creator on YouTube so I was able to teach myself how to edit videos, create thumbnails. I always had the limiting belief that "I am not good enough" or "People will judge me". Every time I would get infront of the camera, my communication skills would go out the window. After overcoming these limiting beliefs, I told myself enough was enough a...nd created my first video yesterday, which was uploaded today. The 2 biggest fear most content creator have to overcome are "The fear of rejection" and "The fear of being Judge". I will tell you that there will be people who will always reject and judge you. Dont let that stop you from achieving great things. I actually want people to judge me and reject me. At least they will know WHO I AM. Ps.
