It has been a long wait, but we are so excited to announce that our online store is finally launching in 6 days! Our shop is launching with a limited stock, so head on to our website (link in bio) on Sunday, February 21 at 6pm PST to grab yourself a plant baby. ***Important things to note: This is going to be a soft launch so as mentioned, we will only have a few plants available for sale. In addition to that, we will only be serving customers in and around Metro Vancouver... and will only have local pick-up available as a method of delivery. This is so that we can continue to test our operations and ensure that everything will run smoothly before we open our online store fully. If you’re not from Metro Vancouver, don’t worry, you will get a chance to purchase our products soon! Canada-wide shipping will be offered and it will be announced here on Facebook and on all our social platforms when it does become available. A little sneak peek of what’s to come.

Just a few of our Variegated String of Hearts, growing beautifully. These ones are NOT FOR SALE. However growing/propagation season is upon us here at the nook while we prepare to close for winter as it quickly approaches. As of today, we have a small batch of rare/uncommon plants currently in the process of acclimating and hopefully will be ready to go out before the year ends.... More common plants will be restocked next spring. Keep a lookout for more updates

For #TextureTuesday i'd like to shine a spotlight on one of the prettiest yet underrated plants in our personal collection. This beaut is a Macodes Sanderiana, a kind of Jewel Orchid. While these plants don't carry the hype and hefty price tags of Albos and other rare aroids, the striking patterns on their leaves make it look as if electricity was coursing through their veins. #MonsteraMonday is definitely one of our favorite days of the week. Here are some plant portraits of our little Monstera family. I'm a big fan of our Variegated Monstera Deliciosas but Yen's favorite is the eccentric Monstera Dubia. Hoping that one day we'll be able to add an Esqueleto or Pinnatipartita to our collection too! #ScindapsusSunday should be a thing on beautiful sunny days like these. We wanted to extract the single Exotica vine in our big bowl of Silver Splash and was pleasantly surprised with this big, chunky, root ball. Our big girl seemed past due a repot so we took turns in untangling all the roots (there was hardly any soil left), which turned out to be an extremely satisfying and therapeutic thing to do. We gave her a little haircut so keep your eyes peeled for some of these beauties going up for sale on our page soon!
