Friday, March 17, the School Spirit Leadership group will be hosting our 'Spring Fling' Dance from 1 to 2:30pm for intermediate students (grades 4-7). Admission will cost $4 and will include a snack and a drink. Tickets for the dance are *pre-sell* only...this Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at lunch. After we cover our costs, any proceeds will be donated to the family of Evan Mutrie.

FIRST DAY INFORMATION Welcome to the new school year! School will begin on Tuesday, September 6th. On the first day, students in grade one to seven will attend from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Returning students are asked to return to the classroom they were in last year. Students who are new to Juniper this year should report to the Library. Kindergarten students will begin attending gradually, starting with short parent-student-teacher interviews. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the school.

Kindergarten Orientation is this Friday from 10:30 til around noon. Participating families can bring their children to the gym starting around 10:10 as we will be taking photos prior to beginning the morning's events.

If anyone out there knows of any families who have not yet registered their children for the 2016-17 school year, please encourage them to come the the school and register prior to Friday this week. Our Principal is currently working with the School Board to project next year's numbers and more accurate numbers now can lead to a much smoother start come September. Thanks
