It is one thing to work out but how hard are you working out? If you aren't pushing yourself enough then you aren't going to get the results you want. The other side is not to push yourself too hard as if you injure yourself you may have a hard time getting back to your fitness level after recovery. Workout within your limits. Be strong. Be safe. Be Jupiter Strong
We can meal plan all we want but sometimes we have a night where we just do NOT want to cook. This was one of those nights but just because we buy out doesn’t mean we should forget about our goals. We opted to get Swiss Chalet as it’s a healthier option. I switched out the fries for green beans and paired it with a multi-grain roll.
