This year I’ve paired with another amazing local baker to bring you something new. We have put our combined 40+ years of culinary and baking experience together to create a complete Father’s Day meal. This meal is full of new products and rich flavour profiles. The meal we have put together for you will feed 4-6 people and it includes, a freshly baked sourdough bread stuffed with one pound of southern pulled pork, with our sweet heat house made bbq sauce, topped with a touch... of smoked gouda. As a side, a fresh tart slaw with granny smith apples and a light house made dressing. This slaw makes a cool, crisp pairing for the Smokey and rich pork. What is dinner without dessert?!? Also included is 6 gourmet cupcakes. Canadian Breakfast - buttermilk cake, thick maple buttercream, topped with candied bacon and a mini pancake. Chocolate Caramel Pretzel - triple chocolate cake, a silky caramel buttercream, rolled in crunchy, salty pretzels. Also, Chocolate Guinness - chocolate Guinness cake topped with rich chocolate and Guinness swirled buttercream.
