Trying to get her energy levels back on track and finding the roots of imbalance. For the next four Saturdays, she is excited to share her knowledge and passion for food and holistic health with you. As the world of nutrition can sometimes seem rather complex and complicated, her approach is simple and practicable. In honouring your safety and ours Covid protocols are in place and we will be asking Students to maintain safe distances on deck and patience as each student sets themselves up to their tether 8ft from the person closest to them - we will ensure distance is maintained on and off the water so you can feel free to move and breathe the outdoor air with us! Our mats are cleaned and sanitized pre/post each class and it’s been shown that the Covid virus can greatly finish in chlorinated water and is not transmitted by water; but we encourage you to use hand sanitizer as needed and masks will be worn by instructors for the set up of the session. *students are not required to wear masks but are welcome to at their own discretion. July & August we will be running the following schedule: Sat/Sun/Tues 8-9AM Wed/Thurs/Fri 8:15PM *this ensures we have the pool to ourselves!
