A repeat customer asked us to recreate what we did in their last home because they loved it so much. Great entertainment space complete with home theater, billiards area, convenience bar, home gym, full bathroom, and display cabinets for silversmith family heirlooms.

700 square foot project on Carnwith Drive in Brooklin. Large open entertainment space with secondary children's craft area that can serve as a future office, or gym. The air ducts were altered to reduce bulkhead size and to eliminate ducts passing under the structural beam. This something other contractors rarely recommend or suggest to enhance the aesthetics of the space. They'd rather just build unsightly bulkheads around the ducts. We also used our sub-floor system, not Dr...ycore tiles, but done right! Over the floor is top grade vinyl plank flooring with cork backing for extra warmth. The stairs are done in matching vinyl plank and nosings.
