She spent the majority of her career in Ottawa working in the high-tech industry. Anne joined JBA in 2014 when she launched her own HR consultancy firm offering Ottawa small businesses a high level of HR knowledge. Alicia, is our Production Coordinator and the newest member of our team. She is thrilled to be part of a more intimate team where you can dedicate a lot of your time in making homeowners dreams become a reality. Alicia started in the construction industry in 1999, when she moved to Ottawa and started as a receptionist for a flooring company. Spending two decades at the flooring company, she quickly moved up from receptionist to Senior Account Manager/Estimator for the home builder’s division. With over 20 years it was time to move on and spent over a year in the general contracting field before joining our team. This basement’s new design had to check a lot of boxes. With varying interests and requirements for this 989 square foot space, the right layout and designation of space with different purposes was necessary.
