Hiya all!!! For those who haven't heard I am going to be a grandmother in December. This will be my first grandchild. I have been asked if I make keepsake bears from sleepers, so I tried my hand at it. I made the bear from one sleeper and I have the matching sleeper to go with the bear so of course future photos can be done. I am in the process of making a few boy bears and girl bears. ... I wanted to share a picture of this beautiful young lady named Jenna. The zen frogs were made as memory keepsakes for loved ones. I am honoured to have been given such a task. Thank you Pam Bowers for allowing me to do this for you and your family.

Hiya all!! Been awhile since I last posted. Between work and life stuff, being busy is just a normal state for me lol. I was given a task to make 5 little zen frogs resembling the larger one I had made before. These little cuties were made for the same lovely lady.

This Reckladoll was made with the idea of looking like a movie director from the 30s. From his flared out pants, his zip down sweater and paper boy cap. He was given as a secret Santa gift to a movie buff friend. The book with the doll is made from polymer clay and represents my friends favourite movie. 1933 original version of King Kong.

Brandy tried her hand at making wreaths this year and I think she did a fantastic job!! She certainly has beautiful talent!

We had an enjoyable and successful craft show at Somerset. Now to fill up our stock and get ready for BRHS Craft Expo next weekend.

Day one of the Somerset Craft Show went very well. A lot of people strolling through the halls and classrooms. We had the privilege of having Santa in our room and watching people of all ages visit and have pictures with Santa. Hoping day two will be as busy and festive! Have a wonderful day all!

This "Zen Frog" is made from polymer clay and is approximately 7.5" tall and 7.5" wide. I was asked to make this frog to sit outside by the headstone of a beautiful young lady who passed away. Her name is Jenna Bowers. I was told that she loved frogs, smiling, laughing, and bringing happiness to all those who came in contact with her. She liked the peace symbol and wore it often. I was told that she loved to sing and make songs and was guided to see her on YouTube.
