ATTENTION, please read... With how much busier I have become from taking on new clients at the vet clinic, please know it can take up to 72 business hours to receive a response. (Business hours are Monday- Friday from 8am - 4pm). In order to be fair I always contact people in order as they’ve contacted me, so I will get back to you but not until you’re next in line. In addition I am booking 2 weeks out at this point, so please keep that in mind when planning your dogs groomin...g needs. Prebooking your future appointments is always recommended, as it guarantees you an appointment on a day and time that works best for you. *** also please note... the closest appointment I have to Christmas is December 10th, and spots are booking up fast! If you have not prebooked your dogs Christmas groom, please do so ASAP. *** I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you, but truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Tanya

~ IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ ~ I have made some changes to the notifications (text and email) that are sent out to you previous to your appointments. Up until now you would get a confirmation msg the moment I book your appointment, as well as a reminder msg 24hrs before your appointment. From this point on, reminders will be sent out 48hrs before hand. This is to help reduce the amount of cancellations/rebooks that are done with little to no notice to me. When I am n...ot provided proper time to fill your spot it directly impacts my income. As much as I love what I do, I still need to be able to provide for myself financially. By sending out reminders 48hrs before your appointment it gives you plenty of time to contact me, therefore giving me more time to fill your spot. Please note...failure to provide any less than 24hrs notice will result in a $25 fee, which must be paid BEFORE rebooking that appointment. Payments are to be made directly to me and can be done via email money transfer to [email protected] By changing the reminder notifications, I'm hoping that this eliminates any of these issues going forward. This part of my job is never easy. Last night I lost another beloved client. My heart breaks for this family as I have formed quite the bond with them over the time I’ve been in their lives. This boy lived an amazing, adventurous life for the past 15 years and was treated like a King. I can only imagine the heartbreak that his loss has caused them. Rachael and family, please accept my deepest condolences. Sending you all my love tonight, and the days coming as you go through this loss together. Rest easy King William (Billy). My handsome little buddy came in for a spa visit on his Birthday....and was spoiled with lots of liver treats and cuddles of course. Happy 7th Birthday Tommy!! Hope you had a PAWsome day!
