Wine Tip Nothing like a crisp refreshing glass of Pinot Gris! This is my go to wine for most of my pairings. It’s primary fruit flavours lemon, pear and apple are the perfect compliment to light dishes such as salads, grilled retables and fish. Pro tip- When choosing a wine to pair with a specific dishes choose a wine from the same region. For example, a fresh Niçoise salad pairs perfectly with a Pinot Gris from France! @poplargrovewinery @trialtowines
