Repping the 100's for 16 reps back a few years ago.
Incline Bench Press of 375 lbs back in 2015.
285 lb Seated Military Press done in 2015 (130 kg)
Leg extensions are a great finisher for the quads. Keep them light and flex your quads at the top for 1 - 2 seconds before letting the weight down.
Doing a front squat of 395 lbs (180 kg) back in 2015.
This was in 2015 when my bench press was at its best. 405 Bench Press for almost 3 reps.
Typically the reason people lose weight when they cut out bread is because of the extra calories they are removing from their diet. We add a lot more butter, peanut butter, jam, etc then we think. Bread also allows you to eat more and want to eat more.
My all-time best Bench Press back in 2015. 455 lbs (206 Kg).
Focus on the movement if you want to gain strength. Focus on the muscle if you want to gain size. Even though both methods produce size and strength if you follow this simple advice you will attain your goals more efficiently.
