A forty-six year old Summerside man is facing impaired driving related charges after a two vehicle collision in Summerside yesterday afternoon. Police, fire and EMS personnel responded to a 911 call at approximately 3:17pm at the intersection of Victoria Road and High Street with the caller reporting the collision between a Chevrolet Equinox and a Chevrolet Sonic. As a result of the collision the sixty-one year old female driver of the Sonic was transported to hospital w...ith what is believed to be a broken arm. The male driver of the Equinox was taken into custody at the scene and later provided breath samples in excess of the legal limit.

It is an opportunity for staff to address questions that were presented during the first meeting last week. Council will vote on this rezoning at the regular monthly Council meeting on Tuesday, February 16.
