Check out this delicious recipe!... Pulled Chicken Nourish Bowl Ingredients for 2 servings 4 C (1 L) mixed greens 1 C (250 ml) Pulled Chicken, prepared and warmed 1 C (250 ml) halved cherry tomatoes 1 red pepper, diced 1/4 C (60 ml) cooked grains, such as brown rice or quinoa 1/4 C (60 ml) black or kidney beans 1/4 C (60 ml) grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Balsamic Vinaigrette, or your favourite Epicure Dressing Preparation Arrange first seven ingredients in two serving bowls.
