As many of you know our biggest battle this month has been to locate meringue powder for our cookie orders and melting chocolate for our hot chocolate bombs. Sadly we have not been able to locate these vital ingredients with the national shortages affecting them. As a result our orders have had to cease production, much to our disappointment and we are certainly sure yours as well. We want to sincerely apologize for this as this is not the experience we want our customers to ...have when it comes to our brand. At present we are offering two options for our customers whom currently have outstanding orders to be picked up/delivered: 1 - A full refund (no hard feelings we totally get it!) 2 - A credit towards our next holiday cookies, in this case Valentines Day We appreciate your understanding and support of our business during these times and want you to know that while we were unable to fulfill orders we want to wow you with the next ones! Please email us, as we are not getting all of our messages through messenger and we want to make sure no one is missed, with your order number and how you would like to proceed.
