Time to put in work!
Front squats are one of my favorite exercises. Lacking mobility through the upper body can make it difficult for many lifters to perform the front squat safely and effectively. Using wrist wraps can help overcome those limitations.
Awesome list of exercises!
The list of reasons why we can't is often more extensive than the list of reasons why we can. We all have our own challenges regardless of circumstance.
Take stretch breaks and move around if you have to sit for long periods. When working out include exercises that help reverse the effects of sitting such as rowing movements and core and hip exercises.
