GET FIT FORE GOLF: SWING YOUR SWING IS BACK Ashley and Jillian have developed a course to get you golf fit for 2019. This program consists of a Two Hour Workshop where you will receive a TPI Assessment, injury assessment, learn effective exercises, how to use the equipment provided, and get to practice a powerful meditation and more. Through yoga, strength training, flexibility and movement we will help reduce any swing limitations. These physical limitations are some of... the reasons you can’t break your swing faults. We modify / customize the exercises to fitness level or injuries. Our primary focus for you is: Mobility: for maintaining the perfect posture during your swing Stability: for a faultless, strong, consistent swing Most clients want to hit the ball farther but simply don’t have the physical ability to create a full shoulder or hip turn. As a result they can’t create the proper swing sequence or enough rotation speed to really hit the ball a long way. By identifying these limitations and providing some easy exercises to eliminate these limitations, correction of the golf swing is now possible. In many cases, it’s not your swing, it’s your body! Fix your body, and you can fix your swing! We have 10+ amazing videos for both LEVEL ONE and LEVEL TWO programs that are quick and effective so you don’t need a lot of time to see results. The Get Fit Fore Golf program is an excellent program to get you prepared for the golf season. This program is exceptional. The guided exercise program helped me with strengthening muscles and building endurance. Additional benefits to this program were the full detailed explanation of golf swing mechanics, and the assistance through exercise build muscle memory for a better golf game!!!
