JW Build completed the Design & Build of this 2400 sq. ft. two storey home located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. This unique design features a Main Floor Master Bedroom, Two-Storey Great Room and a detached 1100 sq. ft. garage. Thanks to LNC Photography for capturing the photos of this home.

JW Build had the pleasure of working along side two amazing clients to design this unique 2200 sq. ft. home along the shoreline of Lake Erie. This design project was a dream vision of the homeowners and we were honoured to be able to help in the process of bringing their concept to life. The finished design offered a lake view in almost every room of the home and also includes a 1600 sq. ft. detached garage in the rear of the property. The clients then took the design plans we generated and custom built their home from start to finish. Thanks again to LNC Photography for capturing the finished product so beautifully.

JW Build acquired this 1000 sq. ft. bungalow property located in north end St. Catharines this past January. Along with our trade partners, we have put a lot of thought and consideration into completely renovating this home to include all of the modern day features in which we felt would be a great addition to the original bones of this home.
