In conclusion, I’d say that my passion lies in design. I love the idea of doing research and solving problems creating something that works and not only looks good. The validation that comes with doing the research and proving your assumptions right is so great. Also when you’re wrong it’s fun because that’s how you get better! What do you do to make your work functional?

It was really fun interviewing my participants. With every interview my questions got better and more refined. I wish I could start from scratch but I guess that’s what learning is evolving and becoming better. Obviously.

I learned a lot about UX research and I gotta say it’s not easy recruiting the right people for interviews. Asking the right questions to participants is also an art. Hats off to the UX researchers that do this for a living. #ux #uxdesign #alwayslearning #uxpersonas #uxdesigner #uidesign #uxdesign

Some motivation for the start of the week. It’s easy to get lost in the go go go. I’ve also been reading a lot about how more entrepreneurs are adopting the slow morning start approach They begin the day with meditation, staying in bed, and setting intentions for the day. ... These are all things I aspire to. It’s definitely something that takes practice. There's a theme started to trend on this page and I like it! Youtube is a great resource for learning however, it's important to stick to one and at most two channels for learning! There are a lot of ways to do the same thing and that can lead to confusion when just starting out. Don't get trapped in the youtube black hole hole of doom. :)

Ok It's a new week. I've been really spreading myself thin here. looking for design work, caring for my toddler and trying to learn like 5 new skills. Taking a step back and shaving down my work load. First off is really honing in ONE thing to learn and that right now is UX design. Going to give this my absolute all!
