All exterior and interior framing completed.. House is taking shape

Jun2019 - Taking advantage of the summer months, we are progressing FAST! Foundation, Concrete Pouring, Waterproofing, Drain tiles, Basement Framing

May2019 - Construction Has Begun!!

May 2020 - Site Completed in 1 Year Final plumbing, electrical inspection pass !! Asphalt, gunmetal aluminum railings & gate installed, AC condenser and remotes in place, concrete polished, bug screens installed, Weiser touchscreen padlock, phone activated - automatic roller shade blinding, faux wood blindings installed and final site clean up

April 2020 - The finishing touches Final landscaping complete, interior glass railing and balcony installed, All appliances in working condition, Finishing exterior stairs installed and stained, Trex composite decking installed, Finishing low voltage (4K security cameras, alarm system) complete, Telus TV & Internet connected PS - Have you planted your fruit n veggie crops?

Mar 2020 - More finishing work Cabinetry doors, closets, mirrors, glass shower doors all installed, Finishing stairs installed with stainless steel bolts, Concrete sidewalk poured and finished with small river rocks, Aged composted mulch scattered, Fences stained, Appliances delivered, Custom detailed walls installed (What do you see? )

Feb2019- Finishing Work Quartz countertops installed and caulked, All 8’ & 7’ Doors, window casings installed using laser level, trims and baseboards installed, patched and sanded, Plumbing / HVAC finishing (Mechanical room- copper pipes, faucets, vents etc) Electrical finishing (Dining light, outside plugs etc) fence/toilet rentals returned

Dec 2019 - Ending the year Strong! Interior walls primed and painted, Laminate and tiles started, kitchen/bath cabinet designs finalized, fence installed, fireplace framed

Nov2019 - Exterior complete, interior ready for finishing!! BC Hydro, Fortis BC connections, Blower door test, Cladding complete, Window trims caulked and painted, Drywalls boarded and sanded, scaffolds dismantled
