Jeff Yungblut memorial tournament

Hey everyone ... We have been avoiding making this announcement, but we all knew that we need to make the official call. Unfortunately, we will be postponing the 2021 tournament. It breaks our hearts to not be able to have the tournament again this year. We hope for the best tournament yet in 2022!

Hi all, we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas! That being said, our family needs your help. Shannon Adams (MacPherson) grew up on Cataract road with her sister Stacey Pupo and her parents Donna and Hugh. They have been life long friends to the Yungblut family, pillars of support when we lost Jeff. Shannon needs our help, please consider giving blood at one of the clinics below. Thanks again!

Hey all...due to the Coronavirus situation, the City has said that all third party rentals will be postponed. We are unsure at this point what will happen, but as of right now the tournament is POSTPONED...we will re-assess after the 3 week waiting period. Thanks for your continued support...we will update you as soon as we know more.

New this year... @ The Rib Crib and Smoke shop will be at the tournament Saturday and Sunday with their food truck !!! What’s on the menu you ask? Ribs (1/3 and half rack) Brisket sandwich Pulled pork sandwich... Pulled pork bowl Fresh cut fries Poutine Poutine with brisket or pulled pork Bbq baked beans Coleslaw Water Pop YUM!!

Hey everyone! Hope you are all good, and if you play, are back playing hockey finally! Just wanted to give you an update Even though we were unable to hold th...e tournament this year, we still handed out 5 scholarships. Two scholarships were given out at both Denis Morris and Thorold High and one was given out through the Niagara Federation of Agriculture. Farming and the farming community is near and dear to my dads heart, and it was with great pleasure we were able to hand out the first ever Jeff Yungblut Memorial Scholarship through the NFA. We still have some hoodies, crews and T-shirts of this years design...so if you are looking for a great stocking stuffer/ Christmas present...hit us up! See more

Hi everyone!! We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time. With everything going on in the world right now it has allowed us as a family to get organized with all of our apparel orders. We have carefully counted our inventory for all clothing and accessories that were pre ordered by messaging the page or someone who is apart of the tournament staff. If you would at this time like to have your apparel delivered to you or have it arranged to pick up your orders you can message us to let us know a time that works for you. If you plan on waiting until we try to schedule a time for the tournament to be able to proceed that works for us too. Hello! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. We’ve all had a bit of a sad week, we all look forward to the tournament as soon as we’ve recovered from the previous year lol. We are still hoping for a fall tournament...but final decisions will need to wait until things return to normal. Good news is apparel has arrived! If you preordered we will let you know when your order is ready for porch pickup. If you want to order, let us know. The apparel was already purchased and printing had begun before the tournament was postponed. Stay home and stay safe if you can !

Good morning, So unfortunately after holding a meeting with the tournament board, we are going to cancel the spring tournament due to these uncertain times. That being said, we are looking into September/October ice times. This is still very uncertain as we do not know ice availability but options were discussed. As anything progresses, we will inform people of times/dates etc. We will contact teams that have paid/deposits, as we will refund their money. We still have apparel... ordered and being shipped in so if you pre-ordered anything and paid you will still receive it. There will be a list of items for sale that we were planning on selling at the tournament in case anyone would still like to purchase. As I mentioned, our plan is to still run a tournament in the fall but it will depend on how things get resolved and ice availability. I want to thank you for your support through this, it does not go unnoticed. I hope to send out another email with good news of dates in the fall but until then; stay safe and I hope everyone has the essentials they need to power through these tough times. Look at the bright side and take this time (with everything shutting down) to spend time with your family as you never know what the future may bring. Thank you
