Positivity is a Choice Think about the most positive person you know. Do you think positivity is inherent in all they do or do you think they have to work at it? Many people have called me the most positive person they know. I am very positive, and in general, it comes natural to me, but I have to work on positivity every day, every hour, and sometimes every minute. Positivity is a choice. You can choose to have a positive perspective rather than a negative perspective. What ...do I mean by that? When it rains outside, you can choose not to complain about the rain and find something positive about it. Maybe the rain means you don’t need to water the flowers outside? When your child spills cereal all over the floor, you hand them a broom and reassure them it is okay to have an accident, instead of yelling. After all, there are much worse problems in life than a pile of cereal on the floor. In every situation, you have a choice on how you will view the moment facing you. Being positive doesn’t mean everything always goes perfect for you or that life is all roses. That is not the case at all. Being positive means you choose to view negative moments as opportunities and challenges rather than setbacks and failures. Being positive means you work hard to look at each situation from a positive perspective. When you are positive, you strive to make the people around you feel uplifted and happy, rather than drained of energy and feeling gloomy. To be positive, you have to be aware of your thoughts and reactions in different situations- whether it be at home, school, work or with a group of friends. If you want to increase positivity in your life, start paying attention to what makes you feel positive and what makes you feel negative. Then, make a choice to not be negative at least once a day. As time passes, you will notice you are more positive each day. Thanks to my client for the review so happy for you - il y a 10 heures I had heard about Neurofeedback for a couple years before I got in contact with Keren for K2G Neurofeedback. I had heard so many great things about her and I thought it could be worth a try. I wanted to improve my anxiety level and Keren recommended I rent the machine at home to do a few sessions per week. This was in July. She did tell me that the brain works in its own way and that I might not know ...what would be fixed at first. I rented the machine for 6 weeks. She was such an amazing support via phone/texts, always available for advice and motivation. When I was done with the sessions I told her that I wasn’t sure yet what it did to my brain but I was ok to wait and see. Oh well, wow. It did change something I was not expecting. And at first I thought it was a coincidence! I have been scared of flying for decades (2 to be exact) and it was really intense. Anxiety levels through the roof 2 weeks prior to traveling, panic attacks on the plane if I did not take a Xanax or a tequila shot... I mean it was hell. I even did many hypnosis sessions and it would kind of work but i would still get anxious and I would still need back up on the plane. Well, last September we flew to Mexico and I was so zen, so relaxed while packing It surprised me. On the plane, nothing. No pill no alcool. I thought it was because I so needed a change of scenery during Covid that I was ready to do anything; even fly with a smile. Comes January; a trip to Miami. I was sooo excited I booked the tickets myself!! I had not been able to do that for years!! It was a revelation; I wasn’t worried or scared; just so happy to travel!! So yes it works, it is fantastic and now I know it for sure. I had questioned if it was worth the money or the time but now im thinking of renting the machine again and see what else it could fix.
