My dear human, I see that you are crying, for it is my moment to leave. Don't cry, please. I want to explain some things to you. You're sad because I left, but I'm glad I met you. How many dogs like me die daily without meeting someone special like you? I know it saddens you my departure, but I had to go now....Continue reading

Department of Wildlife says that the aggression of coyotes will be on high for the next several weeks. The next 4-6 weeks is mating season for coyotes. Please p...ay attention to your dogs, or cats when outside. The outcome can be tragic as they can, and will attack your pets. Coyote breeding typically peaks in late February, and early March. Male coyotes can become more aggressive during this time of year. **the dog in this video survived **great news **stay alert See more

TIP: For those new to our area or just a reminder for us all. The next 4-6 weeks is mating season for coyotes. Please do not let your dogs out alone. A lone c...oyote (known as the Scout of the pack) may have your dog chase him and then somewhere in the distance the pack waits your dog. Then the outcome is tragic as they can & will attack/kill your pets. Just be aware it can happen. *Coyote breeding typically peaks in late February and early March, the gestation period averages 58 to 63 days. Male coyotes can become more aggressive during this time of year, the long and short of it all is that coyotes always pose a risk to your dog (and other small pets such as cats). See more

WATSON IS SAFE AND BACK WITH OWNERS They are beyond grateful for all the tips, the OPP met them there and they were able to get their dog back immediately. <3 ...URGENT NEEDS MEDS! Jan 27/21 - Thomasburg, ON ***SENIOR DOG HAS SEIZURES*** Please if you know who has Watson contact the owners. If you have Watson do the right thing. Or safe drop at a local vet or Humane society. Admin: This dog was found by someone yesterday by Vanderwater Park, however, by the time I read their message this morning as I was in bed, they said owners had contacted them and was picked up. THEY WERE NOT THE OWNERS. This poor woman is horrified that she was duped into giving the dog to the wrong people. Please see ALL information below! The owners contacted me as well last night, but upon saying I heard their dog was home...he is NOT. Negative comments about what happened will not be tolerated. In the 10+ years of running this page nothing like this has EVER happened and the finder did ask the people a bunch of questions. FROM OWNERS: Jan 26th: Hello. Our dog slipped out while we were letting the cat in at around 4:30. Vanderwater Road, a couple of km east of Thomasburg. Have combed the road and the woods, with no result. 13 yo., Jack Russell-Shih Tzu cross, named Watson. Dark brown with white bib and socks. Friendly, but has seizures and needs to be given twice-daily medication Jan 27th - 11am: Thank you for helping post his information. It is a relief to know he alive and unhurt. Watson was a puppy given to us by my father before he passed from cancer and he is very precious to us. He has not had any medication since yesterday morning and is at risk of seizures. I want to stress to whoever has him if they see this post. We are not looking for punitive action. Mistakes happen and they may have thought Watson was theirs. We just want him back, no questions asked. We are located at 344 Vanderwater Road, Thomasburg. We can be reached at 289-659-2440 and 289-683-0760. FROM THE ORIGINAL FINDER Jan 26: This dog was dropped off At the end of our driveway on Vanderwater road in Thomasburg ... hoping the vehicle that left him thought they were taking him home. Intact male. The owners have reached out. Jan 27 after I made contact: Oh my god. It looks like I have been had. Please give the person the name ‘Mandy Kellar’ and ‘melody rivers’ As they said that it was theirs I feel so horrible. I asked so many questions to verify. They drive a silver Silverado.
