New Rules for dropping off your dog for grooming as follows: Shop procedures Things will be running differently as we find our new normal. This means that grooming may take a little longer than usual and I will need everyone to do their best to be on time for the appointments. Some things that will be happening inside the shop are as follows: No Clients allowed inside... I will be wearing a mask throughout the entire grooming (and when greeting you). My hands are washed/sanitized when I take your Dog from you, while I’m grooming your Dog, before I return your Dog to you and before I touch any item belonging to your Dog. If your Dog has a collar on, that collar will be immediately washed with hot soapy water. All tools, blades, scissors, cages, table and grooming station area will be sanitized before and after each Dog. Although I was already doing this as part of my routine, I now have to wash the floors and other surfaces as well to prevent possible contamination. All grooming instructions, concerns and arrangements will be made on the phone rather than discussing face to face outside. I will be working extra hours and using my days off to get the Dogs in who had to miss their appointments. Please bear with me as we get back on track. My main focus is to make sure the Dogs are well taken care of and that we are keeping each other safe by practicing social distancing and proper sanitation practices.
