How has covid affected your business? We are extremely fortunate to be in an industry that seems to be growing exponentially since the pandemic began. Among our new clients we count an airport, a Facebook ad community, and marketing with Wall Street. We have numerous other exciting possibilities we're exploring this quarter. Our growth has primarily been fuelled by our email marketing campaigns, which are proving to be tremendously valuable outreach programs in today's modern sales teams. In an upcoming post we'll discuss how they work, and how they can help grow your leads dramatically.

It took a few months for Google to index the articles, but we're extremely pumped to see Oat Couture on page 1 of Google for "Gluten Free Ottawa". We managed to beat Yelp and some of the other huge players. Same thing with "Coffee Shop Ottawa" and "Coffee Shop Near Me". If you'd asked us a year ago if we'd ever be working with a world famous cat, we'd have said "excuse me?" Life is never dull in the world of digital marketing. We're spending our Sunday shopping for costumes for cats. Our next project involves Smudge, the famous social media cat (from our home town) and his 1.5m followers. We'll post more during the project, should be fun.

We've had an extremely busy Fall working with an international airport, and a wonderful client of ours doing extremely important work in early childhood. This is a logo concept we pitched today. What do you think?

We're working on the colour palette for an airport project we've just started. The site is mostly white so that the content is legible, and we're going to use a lot of fun accent colours to make it really pop. It's Caribbean so we want something very fresh and modern. We use https://coolors.co for all our palettes. What did we ever do before all these amazing free tools?

What are you using to manage your projects? We recently switched to https://monday.com and it's completely changed the way we work. We're in the process of turning all our design methodology into templates. This means we never miss a step or a detail along the way. It also allows us to work seamlessly with our staff. We've tried a lot of project management tools, and this is the most intuitive one. There's probably not project that couldn't benefit from this sort of tool.

It feels good to be loved. We appreciate all the follows & you can always count on us to support your endeavours too. On that topic, one of the most important concepts in digital marketing today is trust. It's vital to show someone who has never heard of your brand that you've got loyal/loving clients. This is the early stages of a testimonial section we're building for a new Wellness client (we love the filler text our designer uses, it beats stale latin). ... With everyone creating testimonial sections now, yours has to stand out. In the comments section we'll post some ideas on how you can turbo charge your testimonials.
