Today is March 1st and I want to know how many times your advisor has made a connection with you? All of my investment clients have had a minimum of 3 connections with me since January 1,2021. #1: January chat about topping up their tax free savings account.... #2: Emailed market update to ensure clients are comfortable with what is going on. #3: February chat to see if an RSP contribution is needed. On top of this I like to send my clients a monthly statement to ensure everybody is on the same page and we are connecting once a month. This is the service you deserve.
