You are all the reason why we were able to our trailer back, plates still on and everything untouched!!! We are BEYOND grateful <3 . . I tend to keep my personal things off off this page... however in this instance I am making an exception as I have a larger platform here. Today is my son’s birthday so we are trying to keep this from him... so he can have as good of a day as possible. Sometime through the night someone cut the locks at my husbands place of work (2545 Ross Rd., West Kelowna, British Columbia) and left with our Kodiak Cub trailer. We had only used it twice as we got it at the end of last summer and were looking forward to spending some quality family time with it this summer. Typically when I am at my quietest on social media is when I am at my busiest at the bakery. I am so very proud of how much my once little cake business has grown...but it can be a tough balancing act sometimes. For those of you who don’t know, Kakes by Kathie is a one girl operation. I am the baker, the decorator, the delivery driver, the receptionist and secretary. During my busy times my priority is always my outgoing orders...which means sleep is a luxury and my emails may lag behind. Thank you to all of my clients for your understanding and patience.
