I am pleased to announce we can resume massage therapy services. There will be some slight changes to the way I operate and what's expected of you. I value our health and safety over everything and will be abiding by the following protocols until further notice. When booking an appointment there will be a COVID-19 consent form that will need to be filled out prior to your appointment. This form will confirm you are not showing symptoms of cold or flu. If you are, please canc...el / reschedule until after your 14 day isolation. If you are unable to cancel because it was less than 24 hours then contact me immediately so that I can cancel / reschedule your appointment for you. This also pertains to any travel, you must isolate for 14 days upon returning. Upon arrival you must wear a mask, if you do not have one I will provide with one for the cost of $2.00. If you could wait until as close to your appointment time as possible. I will be giving myself 20 minutes between clients to properly clean and sanitize all surfaces. Upon entering the office please wash your hands with soap for 15-20 seconds and dry with the disposable napkins provided. This should be done after treatment too. While laying face down if you cannot wear your mask you may remove it, however once you are face up you will be required to put your mask back on. Payment can be made with direct billing, credit card, debit card or e-transfer. If you do become symptomatic after your treatment please notify me immediately so that I can notify clients that also received treatment that day. As always, all names will remain confidential. I want to assure you that I will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, including face rests and door handles. I will only be using disposable face covers at this time and as always, I will be changing the linens after each treatment. I will continue to wash my hands and forearms before and after every treatment and will also be wearing a mask. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out.
