BAM ! 3 new Jiu Jitsu classes added and a full day time schedule now! Small time change to Adult classes on Saturday's with coach Matt Embree and Professor Kevin but we filled up the scheduled for ya!!

Hey Everyone, Sorry, last post disappeared somehow. Starting Monday, with Coach Condie back, we are excited to be able to add more classes to the schedule! Coach Condie will be returning to teach the Tuesday and Friday morning classes allowing us to add in Monday and Thursday morning classes as well. They're was also requests for a No Gi class so effective this week Tuesday evening Jiu Jitsu class will now be a No Gi class. It is still Jiu Jitsu but it is now a No Gi Jiu Jitsu class.

Welcome back team! I hope everyone had a great holiday and relaxing time spent with family! We will be re-opening tomorrow January 4th with all of our classes being Online until the lockdown is lifted and we can get back to classes in the gym! Our Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy rooms will be open by appointment and when the kids go back to school our After School Child Care Program will resume but until then we must follow lockdown orders for in gym classes! We have 2 undefeated Professional Canadian MMA fighters who are currently in their prime with big dreams ! While most of Canada has had to sit on the bench all year sometimes you only have 1 shot to make your dreams happen and in these uncertain times with many views on either side for if we should travel or not we have decided to not stay on the bench but to be action takers and go chase our dreams... we have accepted the fights and will do what we have to do to keep climbin...g to the top!
