Read what Buddhist scholar and translator, #BhikkuBodhi says about Gregory Kramer's newest book: "A Whole-Li...fe Path should prove to be a major source for understanding and practicing the Buddha’s eightfold path in its many different dimensions of relevance, including dimensions generally overlooked by traditional Buddhism." We have some very exciting news for you. Due to the generosity of two donors, we have been able to create a long-cherished dream... The Pali Hub launches today...! - www.palihub.org It comprises a bibliography of scholarship in Pali and Early Buddhism (currently standing at over 9,000 records). You can search by year, title, author, keyword etc. Where possible, the record contains a link to where the article can be accessed on the web. Our hope is that this resource encourages and facilitates further academic research, as well as providing a multitude of discoveries for the interested explorer. Also included is an archive of Professor Gombrich's scholarship - articles and book reviews- that we have been able to digitise. It also links through to our popular online courses, that provide instruction in Pali from Beginner level to Advanced. Visit the Hub at www.palihub.org. We hope you have a great time exploring the Hub, and that it is of benefit in your studies!

Please take a moment while this is freely offered to watch. It is so important that we understand the what, how and why of meditation both scientifically and experientially. It is not a panacea and yet offers freedom from suffering beyond most modern options. Most importantly meditation that leads to freedom is not simply relaxation, simply about feeling good. It is sometimes hard and sometimes offers profound peace. Both are exactly what they are and that is the practice. If it seems to easy it just might be. Don't go for easy go for real. https://www.myyearoflivingmindfully.com/umasspremiere
