Protein Oatmeal Cups Treat your tastebuds to these Protein Oatmeal Cups! Makes 2 dozen. ... Ingredients: 3/4 cup of your favorite smooth nut butter 3 tbsp melted coconut oil 3 tbsp pure maple syrup 2 scoops Arbonne Pea Protein Shake Vanilla 1 1/2 cups oats (can be GF) 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp hemp seeds Topping: 3-4 tbsp melted coconut oil 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 scoop Arbonne Pea Protein Shake - Chocolate Directions: Mix ingredients in a bowl Place in muffin tins. Mix toppings and pour over ingredients. Set and store in freezer. Enjoy!
