Kamloops RCMP - Public Service Announcement October 23rd, 2020 Sudden snowfall causes several accidents... Due to a sudden early season snowfall this morning the Kamloops RCMP are responding to several motor vehicle accidents all over the city. We are requesting that drivers please use caution, slow down, and give yourself extra time to arrive at your destination. In particular, intersections appear to have become slick with ice where people are attempting to slow down and stop. Give yourself plenty of stopping distance. If you don't have to go out today or can delay your departure, please consider this to allow the snow trucks to get road safely cleared. Sgt Darren Michels Kamloops RCMP Detachment
