Big news out of Vancouver Real Estate Market! An additional 15% tax on all foreign real estate investment in the Vancouver area beginning August 2, 2016, regardless of when the contract was written. Here's a good article that explains it very well. Investors in Kamloops need not worry as it doesn't apply.
