BATCH TRAIL UPDATE As of this week, cattle have moved into the Batch and Westsyde pastures for spring grazing. While the trails remain open, users will need to make some adjustments to share the space for the next few weeks. We've also added some new gates at the Brentwood and 4km entrance to keep cows in and and allow users to easily access the park. Here's what we need you to do to make this a success for everyone: Don't chase or spook the cattle with bikes or dogs. ...Give them appropriate time and space if they are on or near the trails. CLOSE ALL GATES! The new gates don't close themselves and for everyone's safety the cattle need to stay contained. If you see a gate open, please close it. Thanks in advance for your support while we share the park with our bovine friends, the ranchers, and all other user groups!
