Hey Dragons! Just a reminder that our yearly AGM is tonight at 630pm at the TCC! We will be in the meeting rooms, up the stairs/elevator, and beside the fitness centre.... See you there!

This year's Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for TUESDAY NOVEMBER 19th at 6:30 pm at the TCC The AGM will be held in the meeting room near the fitness centre at TCC All active club members are welcome and encouraged to attend!

IT'S TIME!!!!!!!! DRYLAND training! tonight at F3FIT 667 Victoria Street class starts at 6:10PM (please do not be too early as there is a class leaving before us and we are a large group) Bring water, a towel if you anything like me and LOTS of energy!

Thanks to everyone who has committed to the Dryland training. Unfortunately, spaces were limited so not everyone was able to get in. The GREAT news is, Robert Petrie, Owner of F3FIT, has many programs available at great prices to help stay fit throughout the offseason. I wanted to take a minute to say a huge thanks to Garnet for helping out with maintenance for the Club! Very much appreciated! He just finished up all the paddles!

Dragons like frozen water too! Spent the day snowshoeing then having a campfire cookout at Pass Lake thanks to everyone who came along!
