Merry Christmas Dancers, and awesome dance families! For Xmas day, I thought I would share one of our amazing premier Christmas choreographies, from a past Santa’s Fling competition, for you all to enjoy . So pretty ladies. You all did a wonderful job performing this!

This beautiful and emotional dance was performed by two of our dancers, Ayla and Hannah, at a remembrance day assembly at their high school Back in November. Their drama teacher who is also one of our dance teachers/premier dancer, Miss Amy, choreographed this with the girls help. I have to share as I feel this is so well done, and stirs emotions in everyone that has watched it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Great job girls!

Our in-studio classes are stopped effective immediately. With the guidance of DR. Bonnie Henry in place, dance studios within the province of BC have been ordered to close their doors temporarily. This is until new guidelines can be established. Thank you for your continued support and we will be in touch via email about zoom class opportunities, and when we can return to in person classes.

Our first fully completed sword of the season!! Way to go Jillian!!! She has now graduated to a real sword !! We are so proud of you!

So, Ellie the Dino came to dance class today and danced pdbs and hicuts for us!! First day of dance for this Dinosaur! Pretty impressive I must say! I think I saw her try double hicuts even!! . Sword dance next week!! Best costume ever!!!

Can’t wait for our Christmas show!!

Congratulations to all our dancers that performed In The IHDA Virtual Christmas Concert on Sunday!!! I’m so proud of each of you I’m so sad and sorry I couldn’t be there with you, hosting, watching, and emceeing. But I heard everyone danced so well and it was lots of fun! A huge thank you to Emily, our IHDA president, for taking over that big job from me at the last minute. I heard you did amazing!!! Here are a few pics from some of our dance families on the day!
