Dental Implants are used to replace missing teeth! Although they don’t get cavities like natural teeth do, they can still get gum disease around them. This means it is very important to keep them clean by brushing, flossing, and even using a water flosser. We also recommend frequent check ups and cleanings with your regular dentist to ensure everything is staying healthy! ... #kamloops #dentist #dentalsurgery #implants #dentalimplants #implantcare #wisdomteeth #toothreplacement

Great news! We’re back in the office and we’re very excited to be seeing our patients again! Our office has always been dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff. To ensure everyone stays healthy, we’ve taken extra measures to enhance staff and patient protection during the COVID-19 pandemic. ... Prior to reopening our office, Dr. Chung installed 3 premium air purifiers in our office which are able to filter out bacteria and viruses. This means that even the air will be completely cleaned and exchanged between patients. Some of the other things we have changed in our office include: 1. A list of pre-screening questions for each patient prior to their appointment. 2. Patients are asked to stay in their vehicle until it is their turn to come in. This reduces the number of people in the office at one time. 3. A touchless thermometer will be used for everyone that enters the office. Staff are taking their temperature daily and always self-monitoring for any symptoms. 4. Extra hand sanitizing stations have been put in place throughout the office. 5. Increased personal protection equipment for both patients and staff. Patients are asked to wear masks in the office when possible. 6. All surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected after each patient. This includes door handles, debit machines, countertops and chairs. See more
