Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving! We are thankful for everyone that has supported us during a different kind of year. Thank you to everyone who has bought, supported and cheered us on. This year has been a blessing even with what is happening in the world. When co vid affected everyone I have been working hard to open our business full time. Tired of having turkey for Thanksgiving? Choose from two of our meal sets that will feed 4 to 5 people. Meal set 1 $150 Beef Wellington - beef tenderloin rubbed with Dijon mustard and spices, porcini mushroom duxelle, butter wilted Swiss chard... Served with bordelaise sauce, aerated bernaise sauce, bone marrow with pickled vegetables & roasted garlic, farm vegetables, duck fat confit potatoes, dinner rolls and a side salad. Last but not least dessert a spin on pumpkin pie. Pumpkin Pie Tart - pumpkin seed crostata, caramel glaze, caramelized pumpkin seeds, dulcey whip Meal set 2 $150 Porchetta - pork loins and pork belly roast, marinaded with wine, garlic, fennel herbs, and stuffed with a chili garlic sausage. Served with confit duck fat potatoes, bread rolls, side salad, chimmichurri sauce, pork jus, farm vegetables and roasted bone marrow with pickled vegetables & roasted garlic, and also come with pumpkin pie tart.
