The classes are taught by our professional and certified Recreational Director, Debbie, who has created many different lesson plans/ fitness classes to keep everyone moving from the safety of your homes! Any classes that have been cancelled due to the new COVID-19 restrictions have been issued a credit and are welcome to use it for these classes. Introducing Recreational Zoom Classes! In light of the most recent announcement from Gymnastics Ontario, Gymnastics Clubs in regions (Ottawa, Peel, York and Toronto) have been mandated to cancel all Recreational Programs in the gym for the time being. We have come up with a program to keep your child active, and engaged! The classes are taught by professional and certified gymnastics/parkour coaches, they will keep your kids active while doing their favourite skills. The move...ments will be broken down into parts so the kids can learn these skills safely and effectively. The classes will be also under supervision of our Office Manager Amanda. This online waiver will be required to be filled out upon registration of your childs first class.

It’s been 4 weeks since we closed the gym. Four weeks that seem like an eternity when it keeps you away from all the loved ones. But we all know we have to do our part for the greater good and we all hope this will be over soon! Some of us take the time to learn new skills, and keep motivated.
