What do you use your cooling racks for?? I tend to use them to crisp up things, especially fatty things like chicken wings and pig belly! The issue is cleaning it!! The dishwasher doesn't always get it, so I was getting frustrated!! BUT I decided to give our sponges a try!! I became super happy again as our silicone sponges and water worked the best!! ... Have you seen our new products?? I will have to say I am super impressed and already loving them!! I tried out our LEMON CURD USED IN THREE DIFFERENT WAYS!! 1. Lemon cream cheese icing - I used 1 pkg of cream cheese to 6 TBSP of the mix. Mix it well! ... 2. Lemon Power balls - follow the recipe for Power bliss balls with the vanilla protein powder and add in 6 TBSPs of the mix. Blend well and roll into more of the lemon mix or Tutti fruity or coconut flakes! 3. Lemon cup cakes - Use the Easy Peasy mix and the donut recipe: I only used the 1/2C of the mix, 1 egg, 6 TBPS of the lemon curd mix and 1/4C of non-dairy milk. It made 10 cupcakes. Mixed it well and then poured into an well oiled cupcake pan and microwaved for 2.30 mins. Let cool and then added on the icing! Want the recipes? DM me for more details!!
