Ingredients 8 cups roasted veggies 2 cups cooked grains, such as rainbow quinoa 2 cups chickpeas, cooked or canned, drained and rinsed 2 hardboiled eggs 12 avocado, quartered 12 cupSuper Green Goddess Dressing Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper , to taste Preparation Arrange first five ingredients in four serving bowls. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast topper and serve.

Chocolaty Temptation Cupcakes 15 min 12 cupcakes... Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened soy or nut milk 13 cup oil + more for oiling 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 pkgChocolaty Temptation Cupcake Mix (Pack of 2) Preparation Generously oil two Muffin Makers. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, oil, vinegar, and mix. Divide batter evenly into pans, filing cavities approximately full. In two batches, microwave on high for 2 min 30 sec. Rest in pan 5 min; invert onto wire rack to cool. Or bake in preheated 350 F oven, 1518 min. Cool in pan 10 min; unmold. When completely cool, spread on icing, if desired. Tips Top with prepared Chocolate Fudge Sauce or Caramel Sauce (icing variationrecipe on pack). Finish with Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Topper.

African Sweet Potato Stew 20 min 6 servings... Perfectly Balance Your Plate Serve with 1 wholegrain roll. Ingredients 2 large sweet potatoes 12 lb (225 g) ground turkey 1 pkgAfrican Sweet Potato Stew Seasoning (Pack of 3) 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) light coconut milk 1 cup water or broth 12 cup natural crunchy peanut butter, or nut butter alternative Toppings (optional): chopped parsley or cilantro Preparation Peel and cut sweet potatoes into small cubes (about 4 cups). Place in Multipurpose Steamer; cover, microwave on high for 6 min. Meanwhile, in Wok, cook turkey over medium high heat until cooked through, 35 min. Stir in seasoning, tomatoes, coconut milk and water or broth. Cover; cook for 5 min. Stir in sweet potatoes and peanut butter. Add toppings, if desired. Tips Make it vegan: Replace turkey with 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed.

Ingredients 1 tbsp oil 1 pkg Creamy Pesto Parmesan Chicken Sauce 1 12 cups milk, your choice 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast fillets 4 cups baby spinach Preparation Preheat large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil. In a bowl, combine sauce mix and milk. Set aside. Cook chicken in pan until golden and cooked through. Stir in reserved seasoning mixture. Reduce heat to medium, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens, about 3 min. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted. Tips Make it vegetarian: Swap chicken with 1 lb (450 g) medium-firm tofu, cubed or plant-based sausages.

Ingredients 1 loaf of rustic country bread 14 cup olive oil 1 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix 1 cup prepared Dip Mix, your choice Your choice of toppings Whole Food or Nutritional Yeast Sprinkles, your choice Preparation Slice bread thinly on the bias (a 45 degree angle). Heat grill to high heat. Stir Herb & Garlic Dip Mix into olive oil. Brush each side of bread slices with oil mixture, then grill for about 1 min per side. Turkey & Broccoli Skillet Meal 18 min 4 servings... Perfectly Balance Your Plate This is a perfectly balanced plate. Ingredients 1 cup water 12 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt 1 pkg Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry Seasoning 2 large sweet potatoes 12 tbsp oil 1 lb (450 g) lean ground turkey or soy ground round 4 cups broccoli florets 1 cup grated cheese, your choice Toppings (optional): extra grated cheese, chopped parsley Preparation In bowl, whisk together water, yogurt, and seasoning. Set aside. Peel and cut sweet potatoes. Place in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover; microwave on high 6 min or until cooked. Meanwhile, heat oil in a sauté pan over high heat. Crumble in turkey; cook, breaking up meat using Ground Meat Separator, until the meat is cooked through, about 6 min. Add broccoli; cover and steam 2 min. Reduce heat, add reserved seasoning mixture and cooked sweet potatoes, stir to combine. Sprinkle with grated cheese; cover, until cheese has melted. Tips Have leftover holiday turkey? Simply chop it into bite-sized pieces and use instead of ground turkey; warm up leftovers on stovetop or microwave.

Blushing Cauliflower 20 min 4 servings... A great way to get children to enjoy cauliflower, and a good source of fibre and potassium. Ingredients 1 small cauliflower 1 can (10 oz/284 ml) low-sodium tomato soup 3 tbsp low-fat milk 2 tspVegetable Seasoning 13 cup grated Cheddar cheese Sea Salt - Grinder, to taste Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste Preparation Trim cauliflower. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook whole head until tender crisp, about 8 - 10 minutes. While cauliflower is cooking, combine tomato soup, milk, and Vegetable Seasoning in Multipurpose Pot - 8 C. Stir well. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Remove pot from heat, add cheese and stir well. Return Pot to low heat and continue stirring until cheese melts. Season with Sea Salt and Pepper. Place cauliflower on large serving plate and pour tomato cheese sauce overtop. Serve immediately. Tips Try Lemon Dilly Dip Mix instead of Vegetable Seasoning.
