WARRANTY KANE'S EAVESTROUGH PROVIDES A LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST DEFFECTS IN MATERIAL FOR TEN (10) YEARS AND CRAFTMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FROM DATE OF INSTALLATION. -Liability is limited to repair or replacement of material installed and does not cover incidental damages.... -All repair work must be carried out by KANE'S EAVESTROUGH or its appointed agent. KANE'S EAVESTROUGH warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from: -Natural causes such as snow or ice buildup. -Improper maintenance of the gutters and downpipes including regular cleaning to remove built-up leaves and debris which restrict the free flow of water. -External forces applied to the gutter system such as ladders, trees or decorations. -Damage caused by Homeowner or other parties. Exempt warranty repairs and cleaning will be subject to being invoiced the minimum call out charge depending on the severity of damage costs my exceed minimum call out charge. All repairs depend on approval of client. If you feel that you have a valid claim, please contact KANE'S EAVESTROUGH.
