Transformation Alert!!!Here is a great transformation from my online client all the way from Denmark @nive.niss Just a little less than 5 weeks she followed everything as it was told to her. Here is a little something I want to share with you guys!!! So a lot you guys out there (Tamils or Brown) are quick to criticize. This is what I hear way too often Yaa yaa he is ripped. It’s all pills bro pills, Avan pills pop panurann That’s why he is like that.. At one point in your life am pretty sure you too wanted to be that guy with the abs, be ripped or jacked. So if you think it’s all pills that gave guys like us the body you dreamed of at one point in your li...fe. Why I mean really why aren’t you taking all those pills & I want to see if you guys get ripped, shredded or jacked. Well let me clarify this for all you morons out there that just are lazy to get out there and put in the work in and out the gym everyday of your life. If your lazy ass can’t commit to these 4 things don’t even bother critizing anyone that is putting in all that work vs when you choose to party, drink and do drugs and call it a lifestyle. Supplements are only necessary if you are already doing everything you can such as diet, cardio, weight training. If you have these things in check and you want to up your game, supplements are a great addition to your arsenal.
