It is said...if you build it, they will come! Well...it is built! Peace by piece counselling, training and consulting is now open! After 25 plus years working in various social service, advocacy, leadership and training roles..I have added this place for people in Almonte and area (or further with remote counselling) to access services in Almonte. I am a registered social worker (RSW), and work with children, youth, families and adults on issues including, trauma, loss, anxie...ty, depression, LGBTQ, parenting, behaviour, grief/loss, self esteem/self concept. I am an adoption competent therapist and have taken advanced training on issues related to adoption, trauma, foster care and people who have had/are contemplating weight loss surgery/have experienced significant weight loss.
