Is Your Heart Blocked? How do you know if your heart is closed? If you are not consciously aware that your heart is closed here are some signs and symptoms to help you ... 1.Everything seems grey in your life, your life feels robotic, just one day after the other, lack of passion The heart is the centre of love so if you block off that energy source your life will lack passion and love 2. You may also have the tendency to hold people at bay for example if you are with some one there is always a limit to how close people can get to you these are little signs your heart is closed Why is your heart closed? 1.Childhood trauma These can be traumas from this life or even a past life also. When we reincarnate we tend to carry with us energetic imprints or fragments from other life times if that trauma has not had a chance to heal from our being it will continue to follow us until we deal with it. 2. Loss, (Loss of a loved one, loss in a relationship, romantic sadness) For the fun part ! HOW DO WE OPEN OUR HEART!? 1. BECOME AWARE that your heart is closed! (What are some things that have happened in my life that hurt me ?) Awareness of the block 2.Become aware of your beliefs that hold the heart block in place when it comes to pain Subconsciously telling yourself (I believe keeping my heart closed will protect me) 3.Choice time KEEP MY HEART CLOSED OR OPEN? OK, YES I WANT TO OPEN MY HEART, HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT? Here are some tips ! 1.Mirror Work look in the mirror every day and tell yourself "I Love You" This is a powerful self love routine that is very healing 2.Connecting to your heart Focus on your heart, bring your heart chakra to your awareness 3. Self love meditation Close your eyes feel every body part and say thank you and be grateful to the universe for your body saying thank you for the beautiful soul within your beautiful body 4.
