Good luck!!!! This is a painting of one of my favourite places on earth. I've been visiting the Island Lake Lodge in Fernie B.C. with my Dad since I was a young girl. It truly holds a special place in my heart, not to mention it's enchanting and surrounded by an old growth forest. I was lucky to catch these two Malards one day while on a hike around the lake. It was one of my first wood pieces and there is a slight flaw on the epoxy where the tail overlaps on the walnut. Its slightly crackled but hardly noticeable and still a completely solid piece Bidding starts today and will close at noon on Sunday. Starting bid is $2500 (reg. $6000).
