Not sure how I feel about this photo. I do know I have to make better choices for my body and to help me heal. Not all processed food is bad, and even though ...I am certain whole foods are helping my pain you can still cheat once in awhile. Today marks 2 days without coke, this is where I usually start feeling better I think the longest I ever went was 4 days. I don't crave the sugar as much, but I would give anything for a coke right now. I know sugar bothers me, especially in soda I can feel the back pain increase when I drink it, so why is giving it up so damn hard ugh. See more
