After taking a rest day yesterday, I got up today and got a home workout in. As sad as I was that the gym had to close again due to Covid, after only being back for a week, I really had to push myself mentally to get this fist of many home workouts in. Was it my best, no, but I did it and that’s what counts. As the weather gets better I can take things outside and that will help, just know that we all struggle and no matter how many bad days, you and only you can make good days, today was a new day and I got it done stay strong, it will happen!
First day back in a gym! Pretty excited that spring is here and in a couple weeks Outdoor Bootcamp is back! I’m getting ready for it and I can’t wait to see who will be back to get in shape for summer! Covid has been hard, let’s stay positive and get ready for a fun hour of Bootcamp! One year ago, so many stressful moments in the last year, this was a ray of sunshine! Even though Covid has put a lot of my plans on hold it still has given me opportunity to teach a pretty awesome Bootcamp last fall for my work friends! I am currently looking to do Personal Training either on my own or in a gym! Always looking for new opportunities! As for my Bootcamp it will be starting again this spring when the weather breaks and we can get outside!
